Doesn’t work with the dryers
Most of the dryers don’t work with it! Today non of the vacant dryers would work, and I had to use cash. Last time I had to try every dryer and the last one worked.flibbergrite
High hidden fees 33% of total amount
I ran one $9 load. I looked back over the statements and found out I was charged $12 and the extra $3 is called a convenience fee.
I went back to the location and asked the employee. She said she was unaware of the hidden Dexter fee. I also took a picture of the instruction sign and it said nothing about the hidden fees. It did say you got a free wash for signing up but that didn’t happen either.
