Not working

I’ve gotten two notices that my trial subscription has expired even though I have paid the monthly fee twice. Also so far today, 8-1-21,no affirmation.

Can you firstly try Restoring Purchases by tapping Menu> Account Settings > Restore Purchase. Thank you for using all you have been thru as a means to wisdom and freedom. You have been a launching pad for healing. The way you understand and can feel what others go thru because of childhood trauma/narc abuse has been so so comforting and empowering for my own growth and healing ~ which at times is so very painful and at times so joyful and freeing. I’m confused - a recurring charge??

BEWARE!! I’m pretty disillusioned.
I happily downloaded after seeing the “app” referenced on Lisa Romano’s Fb group, since I love her work. However ... while the app was downloading to my iPhone, I was reading the developer’s notes ... and noticed it has a recurring “fee” that’s charged monthly or annually??

So now I have to “hunt down” how to “decline” the “auto renewal” of the next “fee” hitting my iTunes account??
What the heck?? It didn’t even “prompt” me to have to sign into my ICloud account to verify a PURCHASED APP.

Foul on the play. Manipulative tactics. Not a cool way to Nagasaki the currency value of the “Lisa Romano brand” - of which I’ve been a past consumer. Disappointed.

Hey Big Contacts Fan - thanks for reaching out. Please let me clarify that if you didn't manually make a subscription purchase within the App you are not automatically charged (nor will you ever be). We don't think the idea of an App that actively tries to help people is cohesive with the idea of deceptively taking money from you. If you download the App for free and don't do anything else after the trial ends, there is no auto-subscription or any charge of any kind. (The warning you read is required by Apple based on the assumption that you may possibly subscribe at some point in the future.) Hope that clears everything up for you. Love it!

I love the daily affirmations. Not only is there a beautiful statement of it but a more in depth reading. It is helping me move forward and dell supported while being reminded daily I’m headed in the right direction. The app works fine for me and it is options to share which is lovely.

Love these affirmations but

… but I received only four out of the seven in the free trial. I thought I set notifications to come first thing in the morning at 8am, but then the app seemed to have toggled or defaulted to 8PM. It would be nice if the trial was for a month, and it asked you for feedback every week. Or reminded you to check the settings in the menu bar.

when you sign up and activate your email then you go to the app it shows a grey screen so then i went to the categories and it says nothings available.
don’t get it.

It’s a fantastic app for helping work through codependency

I love Lisa and the app, and can honestly say she changed my life. Without her YouTube videos & Insight Timer meditations & now this app, I would not have known what I was dealing with mentally (codependency). If not for her help, I would not have sought out a local counselor. I use the app regularly for the insight & journaling prompts. They are hugely helpful to my growth. Many hugs and thanks for all the things she does to help the lost people like me. 🙏🏼

Customer service

The IT team was great at helping me figure out some glitches that the app had on my phone. This app is an awesome way I end my day. Lisa gives great information to reflect on and also a journal prompt to begin my writing. Jesse was awesome as well. She solved my problem immediately.
