Trying to register
Tried to register, but on the first screen where it asked for my phone number it pops the keyboard up over the field to fill in and the button to submit response. No matter where I clicked or swiped or rotated my phone I was not able to access to button to continue the process.

Does not work
It was good at first. They updated it and now it does not work. I can not see when my contact is checking in. My contact or circle does not see me either. They added back the comments section which is nice but to bad your circle can’t see when you check in.Good idea but not quite there
I just updated to the latest version so I hope it solves more problems. I have been testing it to see if it will work for my dad in his 70s. So far. Nope. I only get the SMS alerts to check in sometimes and for some reason they don’t alarm. I can’t quite figure out why not. And i only get one shot sometimes and then my emergency contact is notified. It also didn’t register if I logged in a few minutes late for the day and still alerted my contact. I like the idea of being about to adjust the alert time. 24 hours is good for me but maybe a 3 hour window would be better for someone older. But they need to be prompted to respond a few times, maybe with a continuous sound option like a morning alarm clock.Show lessdebrabass

The app does not notify your selected contact when you check in. Only if you SOS or don’t check in. I wanted an app that would let my contact know that I am ok today. A waste of money (yes you do have to pay to use it).Ken83651

The premium feature is to receive sms alerts and SOS alerts. Please Update your existing app and let us know if it is now, as you expected. Also email us at Admin@JustCheckingIn.co for your refund.
