I’m impressed

I started using this today. I like the pantry feature. I like that this app is free and I hope it sticks around.

Update: I haven’t had any issues with bugs. This app is better than other free apps I have tried. Thank you for continuing to support and maintain the functionality of this app.

Great but no support and very complicated

I love the app in general, great way to organize food inventory, including emergency supplies before they expire in a closet. This app could be really helpful, but customer support does not reply to clarify how to use certain features. Also, editing any products seems to reset the expiration date to the current date. If support would ever reply to messages, I’d consider a higher review, but for now, I try using it best I can while expecting I’m going to do omit wrong and mess up the expiration dates. Been awhile. Still zero contact from support. The app is OK, but complicated without any response, and won’t keep expiration date when editing.

Still waiting over one month. No support response.

Only app that lets you define min qty and show in soon to run out section if inventory is less that min qty.

Absolutely fantastic

I’ve been looking for an app to keep an inventory of all my food stuffs. I’ve tried a couple of other apps, but this one is perfect for my needs.

Brilliant for reducing food wastage

Excellent app to record where everything is and when it will expire, and helps me create shopping lists and stop me duplicating things I already have. Wish I'd known about it years ago.

Need help

I’m really liking the app so far, however I have a question and I can’t get in contact with the developer. The only option is through the mail app, which I don’t use. Please provide an email.

My question is regarding the consumed feature. It seems like there should be an option to set up for a consumed item to be added to the shopping list, but I can’t find a way. There is a way to set up add to shopping list when the quantity falls below a certain number, and if you consumed your item, it fell below the minimum quantity so it should be added to your shopping list. Even if you go to consumed items, there is no option to add to to shopping list.

Expiration date not working

Every time I try entering an expiration date, the app keeps reverting my expiration date to the default of June 13, 2024.

I would be very grateful if you could contact us via email support to try to troubleshoot the issue and fix this annoying bug. In the meantime, you can switch the date entry component from FoodShiner's settings to one from Apple with a calendar view, which may work better. Looking forward to your answer.
