Need to be improved
I invested money back in March into the multi family fund that they had it’s been on holding since March 17th I’ve reached out to support so many times probably over 10+ times given them weeks and months to respond I still have never had any call or response back that actually addressed my money that’s sitting there not being included in my balance and being put on hold. I invested the same amount on August 2nd into the same fund it was cleared in days. However when I ask about my deposit I made in March they’ve never responded to me and it’s still not invested since March I’ve mainly switched to Fundrise now they have responsive customer service.Show lessandrewvehyy

Do not fall for this scam
I invested 11,000 and is been 6 years and 8 months. At this point they don’t even want to answer my messages. I just want my money back at this point, but it does not seem like I’m getting it back. The people that own DiversyFund are criminals and should be arrested immediately!Erasmo Cardenas
I was locked out after investing $500 since 2020
I m’ve been asking for help to log back in to my account and no one has responded my emails. Has this happened to any one else? I believe this can be reported to IRS? Can some one share with me if this happened to anyone and what did you do about it? Log in button doesn't even work
I haven't checked in in a while as my money is tied up for 5 years. I wanted to check in to see how my portfolio is doing but I just updated the app and the log in button isn't even working. I try going to the website and it just redirects me to the app login page. Is this a scam?xmusicLover
Fine investment, bad app
This app is just a wrapper around the mobile website.
The mobile website is pretty bad anyway (broken links, just kinda wonky), I wish people would stop thinking they need a mobile app if they’re not really going to do it.
Anyway these folks are bad at technology, but hopefully that means they’re good at real estate 😆Show lessblarkin13
Horrible - don’t give them your money!
I invested several thousand and can’t get a response on the telephone or via email. I reported them to the BBB and that did absolutely nothing progress wise. They did however answer me finally and say I had to wait to pull out funds and this was long term, fine understood, what date can I pull out? No responses again.Show lessMariellex024
Mostly crap!
Democratizing investments in real estate has been huge lately. Do yourself a favor and go with any other company Fundrise, Arrived, etc. more transparency better UI and doesn’t feel like a ripoff from another site.
Logging in is next to impossible without emailing support which is also non existent.

Okay I’ve invested here for like a year or 2 ago. And now there’s no way I’m able to sign in and review my investment and see how it’s going. I open the app and it just goes to a blank white screen. I even Undownloaded it and sign in online. Still nothing, and even tried again redownloading and still nothing. It needs to be updated .Show lessthejmwarroir
Can’t add funds if you want too
I don’t understand the use of this app because every time I am trying to add funds or set up automatic payments, it tells you they are fully funded. There are better real estate investing apps that let you add on to your account whenever you want to. They do pay out dividends but you can’t even have them reinvested into the funds.Show lessMboirsbeek
