  • App Failure

This app is waste of time using it doesn't work.
I can see my balance or any information of importance.
This app is worthless one star is to much it should be zero stars.
  • Horrible app

The app is horrible. I can’t get access to my account.
  • Horrible ROI

I’ve made a 3.6% return in roughly 2 years. I invested $2,000 and have received $72…would’ve been better off investing and setting out options. The best part? I haven’t seen a dividend in over a year. Trash company
  • Blank white screen

I’ve noticed anytime I’ve wanted to look in the last year I have to go on the website because all I get when opening the app is a plain white screen.
  • Improved!

5 stars for the improvements over the last version. Please send actual updates through the app. In addition to property updates. Thanks
  • Great service

Love the service and ability to invest in real estate.

They have no idea how to put an app together. Would have been better to stay online only.

Not sure why you have to go outside the app to use face authentication. Not sure they do either 😂
  • Better options

Enticing returns, with no means of withdrawal even for emergency or hardship. Fundrise and other companies allow liquidation events.

Don’t let your money get trapped with minimal returns y’all.

Also the app and login page hardly works and support is lackluster.

    Take your money elsewhere.
  • Junk and possible scam

I have tried to log into the app with my correct email and password but no luck. I invested a good chuck of change in here and I haven’t made anything year to date. Diversyfund is something else.
  • Real Estate investing for everyone

I like the low investment minimum which allows anyone to start diversifying their portfolio. It also allows for monthly recurring investments. Definitely worth using.
  • Pleased with company and app

Great opportunity to invest in a variety of multifamily apartment buildings in growing markets through DiversyFund. The updated app is nice too.
