I invested 500$ as suggested without them making it apparently clear I was locked in for 5 years. As a new investor , understand this agreement. Now for the next 5 years I’ll be locked in trying to remember this app and the money I have on it. They have projected results let’s hope these hold true !Show lessMchakles

Since we are executing a growth strategy to maximize returns offering an early withdrawal actually impedes your investment goals and returns. Therefore, to protect the growth of all our investors' wealth there are no premature withdrawals. As a Growth REIT investor, your returns will manifest in two forms: Dividends: which are the profit generated from incoming rents. REIT investors receive a dividend every month from the rents that are collected. That dividend is automatically reinvested in order to fund the renovation of the properties. It’s important to keep in mind that the dividend does not represent your full return, only the cash flow from incoming rents. Appreciation: In real estate, appreciation refers to the increase in the value of a specific property. Your returns will come from both dividends and appreciation. Appreciation represents a far more substantial portion of the investor’s return. The assets will appreciate both naturally over time and through forced appreciation via the renovations. Great way to diversify your portfolio.

Diversyfund gives you the ability to access investment opportunities in real estate with a lower investment amount. With the stock marketing being all over the place right now, I know I’m reducing my risk by diversifying into real estate. The app makes it easy to get a basic overview of your portfolio and the dividends you are earning. I feel more secure in my investments knowing that I have funds in a real estate trust, not just stocks and 401K. I’d recommend this platform to anyone who wants to get into real estate investment, but doesn’t have six figures of liquidity to invest.
