  • Messages issue

    Since the most recent update, the messages I have read still have the red dot. It’s annoying and hard to tell when I actually have a new one, please fix!
  • Not happy

    - swiping left takes you all the way to welcome screen, effectively logging you out instead of going back like every other app
    - face recognition does not work consistently, have to copy paste password every time to log in
  • Easy fixes

    A few easy fixes of the UI would make this such a better app.

    - Improve the font contrast. Why light grey on white??
    - Let us increase font size. On iOS, modify to allow system setting font size to control.
    - Fix the issue where if you’re in a message, and try to click the arrow in upper left to go back to the inbox, the arrow doesn’t work.
    - Allow us to forward emails to our partners or other support people.
    - Make it easier to download multiple pics at once.

  • Cant get past “I agree”

    The app crashes every time i click to agree terms and conditions. How many developers do they have? Its insane
  • Critical Messages Missed

    Terrible. Messages and instructions don’t load and I’ve missed critical time-sensitive events.
  • Buttons don’t fit the screen

    The button at the top and bottom on the iPhone 15 pro don’t fit the screen. Latest iOS version too. 17.2. App needs to be updated to fit the screens. So frustrating!
  • Waste of a download

    Honestly, I do not need the added stress and anxiety that this app causes me. The app loads for me but it takes a lifetime for me to see new messages. I email the staff and I do find that I typically get a quick reply from them. I get a push notification when I have a new message. When I go to click the push notification, the new message never loads. I keep exiting the app and restarting…. But never works. I even go as far as logging out, changing my password and reloading it that way, but never works. I even try the desktop version, but never works. I can’t handle knowing I have a response to my question (sometimes time sensitive question) and I can’t even view it. The idea of this app is great, but the execution is awful.

  • Doesn’t work

    Freezes all the time. Won’t load. Shuts down randomly. Right now it closes every time I try to login.
  • No Health History

    I’m really disappointed to learn that I can’t access my previous lab results in the portal once a “cycle” has been ended by my provider. Nor can I access my previous medication instructions. That’s my data! Please can you make it accessible? It’s so important to track my progress.
  • Messages don’t load

    Like others have pointed out the messages rarely load when you receive them. Often you have to wait a long time for the message to come through after receiving the notification. No amount of restarting the app fixes this. For an app that handles time-sensitive information this is just not acceptable which is why I gave it a rating of one star.
