Freezes all the time
This app is driving me insane! It freezes all the time! Especially when I try logging in, it just gives me the loading circle. I keep needing to close out and log back in again. Then when it does log in, it freezes while I respond to a message from the RMA staff. Please fix this bug!!!! It’s awful.Could be great but can’t always log in
The features in this app should work well, but it always takes forever to log in and sometimes I have to quit the app to try again. There are similar bugs in the messaging feature, requiring me to often restart the app after reading a message (and then having to take the unknown amount of time to log in again). Additionally, the medication section should have the option of taking meds at intervals, such as every other day. I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of cycles are messed up because of the lack of this feature. It’s really confusing for patients. Hope a lot of these bugs can be fixed soon, especially the login issue.Show lessUntimely Message update
I often receive a message notification but after opening the app, the new message does not appear! It happens quite often, almost every time. Sometimes it takes hours to appear the new message. You can clearly see the reply time which is same as the notification time.None of the features work!!!
