Call Tracking

Really enjoy using CallRail to track client calls and text messages. Easy layout and function so any one can use it. The ability to call and text has been instrumental in working with our clients on a daily basis. The custom reporting is also great to provide real time data to staff and admin. Highly recommend!

Needs immediate attention

All the important things you need this app to do, it doesn’t.

Surprisingly this app is in need of attention and CallRail just doesn’t seem to care.

When someone calls in, they can hear you but you can not hear them. (This isn’t just one device this is many devices), When a device is connected to WiFi at time there is a terrible delay from spoken to delivered making the conversation unbearable, it doesn’t keep you logged in so the line will not ring until you have logged back in.

These are some issues that should have immediate attention, if this isn’t addressed I will be forced to cut to agents and use the system differently.

Don’t upgrade if you don’t have to

Seriously, the old lead center (legacy) lead center is so much better. This version combines all calls and messages under one. There’s no did I are’s messaged log and dedicated call log anymore. Nope, they are all together now. Also, conversation history is gone now. If you want to review the conversation then you have a lot of click forward and back that needs to be done. Why???? This system used to be so good :(

Missing a key feature

The one feature that would make this complete would be a way to add notes to a call (like the regular CallRail app)
