Bug Completely breaks app usage
I would give this app 0 stars if I could. After recording 2 files, I went to record a third and was prompted with a “premium subscription” prompt for $9.99 - pretty standard stuff.
I paid the $9.99 for one month and the prompt STILL continued to come up every time I tried to record and/or save a third file. I literally cannot do it even though I’ve paid for the subscription. I restarted my phone, the app, etc. and nothing works. They stole my money and I’m left with a broken appShow lessdaybidlee
A pretty good option
This sound recording app gets the job pretty well. It does have some issues like with sorting sometimes being confusing and slightly convoluted controls, but overall it’s a really good and helpful app. Definitely a good place holder for until I can get a legit sound recording device.0000jas
Nice program!
I use the free version to record family member stories and it works great - just wish I could edit and arrange my files more easily, but the quality of the recordings and the ease in repeating, moving back or forward for 10-15 seconds, does the job just fine!KJ (boy from Troy)
DOES NOT WORK!!!!
Stuck in a loop. Purchased as states will allow multiple folders. When I attempt to create a second folder it text me to page to purchase the app for $9.99 a month or cancel the page or manage my subscription. Which I already did. When you click on the X to cancel the page takes you back to the page to make the new folder cannot get out of the loop. Wondering who to contact for a refund as this app does not work!?!Show lessTT edu
Terrible
Let me record 2 recordings and then told me
I needed to sign up for the premium. Which I did. I went to record another note and hit save, after I signed up for premium, and the same box appeared asking me to sign up for premium. When I hit continue, it told me I had a subscription already. I tried exiting and coming back, and the same thing. Even tried turning off my phone. I signed up for the subscription but the pop up would not go away and kept telling me to sign up, and wouldn’t save any recordings. Couldn’t find a customer service contact anywhere. Sneaky deceptive paywall
This stupid app left me in the lurch at work. It allowed me to record two samples without prompting me to pay. I recorded a third session and, without warning, was prompted to pay for the app without being allowed to save that third recording first. When I declined to pay, the recording did not save. This ended up costing me time and effort and wasting my time at work. I feel very angry that I was not warned in advance that payment would be required in order to make more than two recordings. This trickery and lack of transparency is incredibly unethical.Show lessMrsBadGuy
Extremely disappointed & ripped off
I downloaded this app to record class lectures to review again later while studying. The first two recordings I had no problems with, however, the third lecture I recorded would not let me save. When I would click save a pop up suggesting I subscribe to a premium account to save my work appeared. Figuring I needed the recording I subscribed, but when I went back to save it again the pop up KEPT APPEARING! When I tried to click subscribe again it said I was already subscribed but would still not let me save my recording!!! I went out of the app and when I went back the whole recording was gone. I’ll be deleting and unsubscribing, but I wish I could get my money back for this useless “premium subscription”.Show lessFalalalala808
God is real
I give God the glory for this app. I am part of ministry in my church called Young Adult Love in Action where the pastor and his wife God use to bring the ministry into being so they teaches us the Bible and how to be a vessel that God can used by our lifestyle filled with the Holy Spirit of our Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth to bring Salvation and the gospel into the word. So today was a day of fasting for the ministry and God used me today to lead so as I was about to break the fast God started ministering to me a message and I didn’t have anything to record so so went to my App Store and I found this App and the recoding was so clear . Failed at the most basic level
I downloaded this app because I needed a reliable app to record dreams upon waking. Since they are fleeting, recording is the easiest way to go, as long as the app works. On my second use, I recorded a dream and went to save the recording for my later meditation, but it would not save, it would take me to a screen that prompted me to subscribe. Recognizing that I was being required to subscribe just to save the recording, I did, knowing that, at least I wouldn’t lose my efforts for the time being. But even after subscription, the prompt to subscribe still appeared “suggesting” I subscribe. When I hit subscribe again, I was told I was already subscribed, but still could not escape the screen telling me to when I tried to save. When I made to exit the recording, it would prompt me with a message asking if I was sure I wanted to exit because my recording was unsaved and would be lost.
I’ll be deleting this app. I dislike being cornered into a subscription at all but it is even worse when I lose my work regardless.Show lessEwe Bettawerq
