Great Company App
Never heard of this app before this job, the job I am at is very informative and amazing. They provided this app for us and the creators did a great job! Especially so that our HR team asks us what we think should be a good challenge so we can receive more points!
I’ve noticed in other places I have worked employees don’t feel recognized for their hard work and sometimes it can be hard for them to keep improving and a vast majority of people using this app would say it’s helped them feel more confident in their work place than other places they have worked. I have loved using the Nectar App on my iPhone. It has been so great to keep up with my coworkers through the shoutouts I send, receive, and see from others. I am all for employee recogniton and Nectar is the best employee recognition I have used!Brown eyez girl

Ease of Use

Nectar just pushed a massive update! App doesn’t crash with normal use, much more responsive now and very reactive. Love it! Easy to see shoutouts I’ve received and give others a shoutout from anywhere now!DIY maniac

I love using the Nectar platform at my work to shoutout my coworkers and celebrate wins!! They recently released an updated version of their mobile app that makes this so much easier to do in the go.
