My new workplace uses Nectar for employee rewards and recognition. I can genuinely say that Nectar has the ability to transform the culture within a company. The constant micro recognition from coworkers has helped me to feel engaged and like I belong on the team. It’s been a night and day difference compared to other platforms that past companies have used. People actually USE Nectar and now I see why! To top it all off, this app is simple and easy to use. Great when it works
Great when it works, but too many times it won’t let me login because the Auth Token expired and you can’t login from any device, incognito or not. Sorry coworkers, I really wanted to send you points but they won’t let me.Geruvah
Recognition and motivation with Nectar is easy and fun!
This was recently rolled out with our company, and it’s been so fun to give out points! I love reading the feed to see what people are sharing about others. Sweet (pun intended) app!
I will admit. At the beginning it felt like there were a lot of bugs, but they have been updating the app and it has been getting better. They even mentioned adding more features in the future. But it’s great to quickly apply to challenges and shout out my co-workers!Benstudboy
