Low expectations due to rating
I’ve recently upgraded from my invisible fence brand collar to this Pet Stop collar for my system. The simple fact I can adjust a correction level on my phone rather than drive to a store so they can do it is a game changer. No such thing as “peace of mind”
Thinking about saving some money and getting a Pet Stop Invisible Fence instead of the better known brand? DON’T!! This has been the most stressful year of our lives. The app barely ever works and continuously tells us “Invalid Pin” if it lets us connect at all. I could continue on, but what’s the point. DON’T DO IT!!Show lessPJGK44135

I love this app! Of course it has limitations (Bluetooth distance, you must anticipate the behavior so you’re connect to the collar) but otherwise I find it’s very effective. After a few months I only had to show music the phone if he was about to misbehave! The convenience of changing the shock level myself is awesome!Show lessChapwoman
Needs improvement big time
I have had this for 2 years and the app needs so much improvement….the battery in the app is not accurate at ALL !!! I find this very concerning. I paid extra for the added safety of seeing the battery life and I’m not getting that. Very disappointed. Come on you can do betterGolfer / bowler chick
Too Slow and Wring Collar
I have been using this app for over a year now. By the time it connects to the collar, usually the dog is done doing the bad habit. I have three dogs using this. When I connect to the dogs collar that needs to be corrected, it will connect to the wrong collar and correct the wrong dog. I then have to remove all of the collars from the app and reconnect them all to fix this issue. I’ve had to do this multiple times. I would really like to see this fixed!Show lessLittleone656
