  • Nostalgic and fun!

This is quite the experience to take you back! Nearly Ultima-like! Missing a mapping feature, though.. any plans for such a thing?

This is quite fun to pick up and play, with the right background music and sounds with cute sound effects and dialogue!

Another element for me which is missing would the ability to move the controls up or down , especially on the iPad, for easier holding.

  • Nothing special

Very repetitive. These kinds of games typically are, but the good ones keep you invested with good storylines and/or unique mechanics. This has neither. Way too expensive for what it is.
  • Optimize for Notch

Game looks and runs great but the notch on my 11 Pro gets in the way of the menus. That should be patched at some point.
  • Great game, really enjoying it

Great game so far, love the aesthetics and music, the NPCs say the funniest things and I can tell so much care went into this game.

I have one bug though, I went to get the medal in the cave to the west, fought the opened the chest, got the medal and died to the boss, I exited the game and opened it up later, it asked me if I wanted to start from the last auto save so I clicked that and the chest was open, didn’t have to fight the boss and I didn’t have the medal, now the chest is open and I can’t proceed, can’t fight the boss.

Hi there! We are very glad you like the game so far! Thank you for your review! Regarding the bug you found, I have reported it so it can be fixed asap. Please do not delete your save file if you haven't already, we'll modify the chest so you can get the medal and continue playing (although this may take a few days). In any case, we are very sorry for the inconvenience, thank you for reporting it!
  • Nostalgic fun!

It is nice to see a game with a inexpensive price and no ads or microtransactions. The gameplay is very reminiscent of Dragon Quest, but with modern controls. With auto-save it’s easy to pick up and play for even just a few minutes. I’m really enjoying it!

It's so sad that the mobile game market is full of ad and microtransaction ridden games, we believe this is one of the main causes it's considered subpar compared with the PC or console market. We are so, so happy you are enjoying the game, thank you for your comment!
  • Reminds me of being a kid again

This reminds me of growing up playing NES and SNES RPGs for hours. Next one in 16-bit then, guys?
  • I love rpgs on my tablets and phones.

This is a love song to games like Final Fantasy and Dragon Warrior. There isn’t much to be said other than buy this game if you want to support indie developers who have a knack of tugging on the heart strings of nostalgic gamers who grew up playing the classic granddaddies of the jrpg genre. Turn based goodness, awesome music, and a nice throwback to a time without micro transaction and paywall nonsense. Thank you!
