Terrible app

Does not work

Keep getting an error message. App is not usable

App doesn’t work

Constantly get an error screen when opening the app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still doesn’t work. Means I can no longer access my wage slips, request annual leave, view my company benefits. Very inconvenient

Doesn’t Work!

I just get a message “there was an error retrieving your content”. It used to work… Please fix.

Tiles to other products are missing

Tiles that are normally visible on the desktop version of Home (Benefits, Discounts etc.) are not available on the app! Someone clearly made a mistake when when they coded the iOS app. Also, links (SSO) are not created between Discounts and Benefits modules (you have to sign in when you’re already in the app.. what’s the point of having an app… It’s a terrible user experience. It should work all as one app). OneHub Home product should not be released to your clients in this half done state. You sell it as an upgrade when in reality it’s a worse user experience compared to standard OneHub. Notifications are not working either! Do better!

It’s a good app, if you can see your payslip and all the other benefit apps that go with it.

I don’t need an app to be an advertisement portal for the things I already know I want to access but can’t through the app, which keeps jumping out to the web site and endless logging-in cycles.

Super easy to use

Really use to use. Makes choosing benefits, reading content and looking at my payslip so much easier. I no longer have to wait until I’m at work to do any of that.
