Unclear how to start using app
No clear guidance on how to register a vehicle and start using app. Video guide images do not match app interface.
Ease of toll registration
Terrible. I was forced to drive to Abu Dhabi. Had to pass through the toll. Understand I have to pay the toll. Somehow incapable of registering the vehicle. Just want to register and pay the toll. Everything else is too complicated.

So often, the App does not open, when I am attempting to pay… I need to shut my phone and then reopen to start the App.

Cannot register vehicle
I downloaded the app so I could visit Abu Dhabi. I used the UAE pass to register and login. Now there is no way to register my vehicle. Apparently you have to use an email registration with OTP to register vehicles. Help centre is too busy and so lines are constantly busy today. Recharging the wallet via Apple Pay is easy and smooth process.
