Tried to pay nothing came up on the screen. Screen was blank. Please fix

The app used to work fine until it came to trying to add money to the wallet at a time I needed to pay for Mawaqif. Kept getting internal server error. I had to ask a friend to pay my parking. Embarrassing
App difficult to use.
I registered for the app the day I bought a car. I set it to pay when I needed to park and pass through tolls but the app is too complicated to register and you are still fined even if you have money sitting there in you wallet. So I am very unhappy with the app. Also the instructions to register is not even there to help you to avoid being fined. Needs some work I think. Also you can’t contact anyone if you are abroad so you can’t get the help you need if you are on vacation or business. More work needs to be done to support new drivers to the country. It would be useful to do all this registration when you buy the car so there isn’t further difficulties.

Very bad App. Not user friendly
This App is made by an amateur. It is misleading and not clear. It should be revised and made user friendly. There is something called the User experience. This App lacks all the user experience. This App seems like a failed school amateurs project.
Extremely slow
The service has not been tested for load and large volume of requests especially in the morning during working hours and takes a long time to purchase a ticket.

Impossible to register vehicles… app doesn’t work as is supposed to!
Too expensive
Charges are too expensive given that you need to use a vehicle to travel anywhere in the UAE. No proper alternative services are available, lack of buses no metro etc. we pay all these fees/charges and the roads are still full of cars and traffic jams.

Convenient
Perfect for any translation even easy to pay parking!
So many problems
This App has so many glitches!!! It takes days to pay the fees for permits. This has been going on for years. I don’t understand why someone doesn’t work out these bugs and make it more efficient. I’ve been trying to make a payment now for 3 hours and I keep getting stuck at different stages in the process.
