Stupid program

Every time I put my traffic code they say it’s used and I’m the real owner, it’s been annoying application to just submit your account.
You have to learn from Salk!!!!!

Easy to use

Super easy to navigate and top up. I wish there was an option for notifications when your balance is low/empty (unless it’s there and I cannot find it).

Doesn’t work

When adding vehicle it says request already made and then doesn’t add and doesn’t show under vehicles.

Incomplete and inadequate

Be aware that if you have an exemption for a vehicle, you are unable to remove it and request exemption for a different vehicle instead. (e.g. if you buy a new car and want your exemption applied to that one instead). According to advice from a supervisor today, this feature has not been built into the app, though “they are working on it”. DARB cannot even do it themselves. This has resulted in me having to pay AED100 for a AED4 charge. Currently it seems that the only way change vehicle exemption is to sell the original (exempted) car. Very unfair and unjust.

Dear Valued Customer, Kindly note that the updates have been applied to the system to ensure a better user experience. You can change the exempted vehicle by submitting a new exemption request for the new vehicle using your DARB account and the exemption will be transferred automatically once approved. I registered my cars then for what ever reason one of my cars got fine and I complained online but no answer

Language

The language default is Arabic, which makes sense but when a person doesn’t understand Arabic and tries to change the language one cane select a different language but the “OK” and “CANCEL” buttons are still in Arabic until changed. ???
I found two places in the app where I had to change the language.

User Interface

Awesome, pretty simple extremely to-the-point navigation details.

One of the best public facilities systems so far used.

Great work to the whole team of DARB 👍🙌🎩🌹🎉
