Hi, thanks for the note! Yes, we recently rolled out an AI model to do post-processing of all call transcriptions (for both voicemails and two-party conversations). That model is intended to do a few things: generate a short summary of the voicemail or conversation, identify any follow-up items, and tag VMs/conversations that seem exceptional in some way for further review. If a voicemail is very short, then the AI model is configured not to run at all (as there'd be no value added by a summary of a non-material voicemail). That said, the feature is new, and, while feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, if it's not valuable for you or something isn't working properly, then we'd love to hear more to see what we can do to address it.
