    So let me see if I have this correct. AI now interprets a written transcript of a voicemail? 🤦‍♂️ why🤷‍♂️

    Hi, thanks for the note! Yes, we recently rolled out an AI model to do post-processing of all call transcriptions (for both voicemails and two-party conversations). That model is intended to do a few things: generate a short summary of the voicemail or conversation, identify any follow-up items, and tag VMs/conversations that seem exceptional in some way for further review. If a voicemail is very short, then the AI model is configured not to run at all (as there'd be no value added by a summary of a non-material voicemail). That said, the feature is new, and, while feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, if it's not valuable for you or something isn't working properly, then we'd love to hear more to see what we can do to address it.   • Game changing

    I love this app as a Community Manager. We use it multiple times a day and wherever we are to get in contact with our residents- without giving up our own contact info- because the app calls from my office number. It’s great for when we need to work away from the busy office, need to ask a resident for unit access or have to reach out to residents after hours. Keep up the good work y’all! (And add a trackable texting option!)

    Courtesy Connection has great options for all of our property’s call routing needs. Anytime we need something changed or have a question, he is quick to respond. We changed to this product after using the same one for over ten years, it was an easy transition and we haven’t regretted it once!
