Used to love this puzzle app
I’ve been playing this puzzle app and used to tell everyone it is the best. It never bothered me that they ran ads before and after a puzzle. Or that they run ads under the puzzle. Or that if you left the app and came back you would need to watch another ad. But now they’ve added a feature where they interrupt with several ads, right in the middle of the puzzle. I need seven stamps to open the treasure box in the daily quest. The missions to get the fourth to seven stamps are never reveal. Cannot scroll up and down, so frustrating! Apart from this issue, the game is fun.dumb froggie
I really like your puzzles
There are so many beautiful, wonderful puzzles to choose from. BUT when I try to do one I become very frustrated. When I do a section, one or more pieces are not with the others so I can’t complete the section and the puzzle is frozen in place. Sometimes if I close the puzzle, then find it again and reopen it the missing pieces will be in the top left side of the puzzle and I can continue. Other times they are not there and I have have to find a new puzzle to work on until it has missing pieces.
Also, occasionally the puzzle will disappear and I’ll end up on my Home Screen. I have no idea why. I would prefer not to delete the app but don’t feel I have much choice. Please help!Show lessquiet and soft

Could we know if you prefer to arrange some of the puzzle pieces on the puzzle board first and then drag them to the correct positions? And could you please take a screen recording or a video regarding the issue of missing pieces you mentioned and send it to jigsaw@fungame.studio? I just recently downloaded this app but unfortunately, I don’t think I will be able to continue to play it. I find the puzzle pieces are so hard to move around that my hand actually hurts after short time. Between that and the puzzle pieces bouncing off if it’s incorrect piece it’s just not worth the struggleShow lessCO-mountains

Even though I have not played one game yet I am giving this 1 star since I do not see an option to silence the chimes, music, et al. Once I can find that I will adjust my review. Found the setting for the sounds. Good game so farYukely7
Weird?
Overall I like this app. But I can’t play it in my car or close to bright lights. Every single time it dims the screen on its own somehow(without my slider even moving). I’ve googled a million different things trying to fix the issue thinking it was my phone, until I realized it only happens while I’m on this app. Please fix this glitch as it dims it so much I can’t see the pieces well enough.Show lessjbraggmama

I really enjoy the puzzle options compared to other apps, and this one doesn’t drain my battery. However, this app has not been saving my progress very well when closing out of the app. I come back to my puzzle and many pieces I know I had previously set in place have disappeared.Rubberducky79
Had to reload
I have had to delete and reload this puzzle game twice and lost all my puzzles. When I click on the icon, I get a blank screen with the small icon in the middle. Won’t let me go any further. I have had no problems with other puzzles. Just this one. Doesn’t help to reboot my iPad. What is wrong?mnkysqrl
Not as Advertised
It’s a good puzzle game, but the images are totally different from what they show in their ads. The ad I clicked on showed gorgeous painted-style images. The actual puzzles are mostly the same stock photos you see in other puzzle games of this kind. I mean, the identical images.
There’s no in-game help to explain what the controls do, so figure those out by trial and error. I still haven’t figured out the difference between “magic zoom” and regular zoom. 🤷🏼♀️
No landscape mode. 👎🏻

Tries too hard and too often to get player to connect Facebook 👎🏻
Tiles mode (all pieces are square) is wicked hard but doable. 👍🏻

Upsetting
For the last week I have not been able to get any of the puzzles featured on Jigsaw Facebook page. When I click on the link in a post, I’m taken to an advertisement video for this game. Some times I get error messages saying page not found. So I cannot get any puzzles from Jigsaws Facebook page.proviframe
