I am super impressed at how quickly (once I FINALLY found contact information) I received a response email addressing my concerns. Frustrating and glitchy
I would have easily rated this app a 4 star for its puzzle variety, but for the infuriating glitch that causes it to lose all progress made every time you close the app. I had completed almost 40 percent of the puzzle and the next time I opened it I was back to 5% and the border wasn’t even completed! Sometimes it’s the same 20 pieces I have to replace every time I open it again. Sometimes I lose 50% of a puzzle. It’s insane. I will be deleting this appShow lessm-crack1
Had issue but was resolved quickly
I paid $6.99 to have no ads and I’m still having 30 second long ads! Contacted help and within day it was now fixed. Really enjoy its calming.Krislynn68
Calming
Solving puzzles helps to calm me. Whenever I feel my anxiety start to rise, I open up a puzzle to focus my brain somewhere else. Also, I really like that we can choose the amount of pieces we want. As of right now I only do 144, but it’s because I’m using my phone. I am sure if I was using a larger screen, I’d do more. At my job, it can also help a slow work day move quicker, as on average it’s 20-30 minutes for me to finish, but the time moves quick.Show lessJennEp113
Puzzles
This is the best game ever! I’ve never enjoyed a game so much in my whole life! It’s so soothing and the puzzles are so pretty. I have lots of other games on my phone and this is definitely my favorite! I love that you get to choose the difficulty level and how they fit into each other perfectly! Really love the puzzles
I've just started, but maybe I like it more than other jigsaw puzzles. The piece begins when it comes out of the frame. It feels a little difficult now, but it might be fun to get used to it.Renee wang - funny video lover
Very relaxing and fun
I really like this puzzle game. There are so many puzzles to do and when you get bored with those you can download more with the internet! You can pick the number of pieces for a puzzle so a young or older person can play. It's whatever your preference is, this is lots of fun for me. Have fun!yafengci
