With my grandma
We used to spend summers on the riverbank near Lufkin, TX. There wasn’t a lot to do. The summers were so hot, we stayed indoors. My grandma was a jigsaw puzzle enthusiast and we would spend hours indoors with her around a card table assembling puzzles. She is gone nw and I am doing my puzzles on a tablet instead of a card table, but still enjoy them…and l don’t have to worry about missing pieces! I have a cousin who also enjoys assembling puzzles. Thanks for hours of enjoyment and bringing back memories of spending time with Gram.

Zooming and freezing up
My name is Angela. I recently opened this app and I love it. However, there are two things I don’t like about this app and that is 1. I don’t like when I touch the screen it keeps on zooming in or out. Is there anyway I can fix in the app that I want to just keep it still. 2. It freeze up a lot. I can tell when it’s going about to freeze because the pieces just stays still and then the whole puzzle keeps on zooming in and out. I really hope you can fix theses problems because like I said I love this app. I already did three puzzles with 400 pieces. Thank You!Show lessAngela Penhall

Hi Angela, thanks for your kind support. In general, if you use one finger to move the piece, the puzzle board will not be zoomed in or out. If this still doesn't help, could you please take a screen recording or a video regarding these two issues you mentioned and send it to jigsaw@fungame.studio? I love their puzzle collections and how easy it is to accumulate coins without spending money. Also, I had a question and they answered in less than 24 hours!mozartzydeco1
App is RIDICULOUS
If you will never change devices then I guess this app is ok. But if your screen breaks or you upgrade devices or change for whatever reason you will be highly frustrated!
So I cracked the screen on one iPad and had to load my games on the new one. No big deal right. Well when I logged into the new iPad with the same Apple ID this app had saved the puzzle I was working on, but ALL of my collections and backgrounds were GONE! WTH!
Ok, I have moved on and come to terms with this. Then today, I open a collection that I bought a few days ago; there was even 1 puzzle completed, only to find that it’s asking me to pay again for the collection again or for individual puzzles.
But wait....I thought ok, I’ll just log out and back in right?? Now all my newest collections are GONE!
What a joke! There are much better puzzle app. I would give 0 if I could!Show lessNicholept

I have loved doing the puzzles on this app. It is so relaxing, and I’ve enjoyed many of the pictures and the challenges offered. However, lately there have been advertisement videos that pop up many times a minute, and that is ruining the game for me! I will be about to place a piece, and the video pops up; searching for just the right color or pattern, and up pops the video. This is a horrible way to run a program. I am seriously considering deleting this app because of this issue. Also wish that on some of the scenery/landmark pictures you would label them with their name and/or location.Show lessMutti Tracy

I can actually feel my stress decrease when putting a puzzle together. I tried other puzzles but found this puzzle site offers more options on # of pieces, photos, built to fit puzzles 🧩 in a vertical format compare to some that make you hold the phone horizontally.zzzzxxxxxzxxx
Choices
I really appreciate this game because there are so many choices available...animals, cities, outdoors, food, etc. - something that catches my interest! Definitely one of the best jigsaw puzzle packs I play!!!!Diana in Utah
Way to many ads
I love the puzzle game itself I just feel they have one problem every time you open it up to play it you have to watch at least two ads before you can do the puzzle. It’s a great relaxation thing to play with it calms me down as well as many others have already said. I wish they were just cut back on the ads because to do two in a row every time you use it it’s way too much.I personally take the phone or flip it over just because I don’t want to see the ads!I don’t mind watching one ad every time I use it because they have to make money it’s very understandable.Show lessRev Jude

But we only have one pop-up ad before you start to play one puzzle and some of the pop-up ads could be skipped after watching for 5 seconds. This is my absolute favorite jigsaw app. I love everything about it. And if you should have a problem, don’t delete it or write a bad review - get in touch with their support team. They are unbelievably helpful and patient and they WILL help you solve your problem. My opinion from experience.IMDêe
Calming and beautiful
I really enjoy doing all the puzzles. Mystery puzzles are fun and I even created one. I had a pop-up to purchase a beginner’s pack and I purchased it. I do not see anywhere in my app the beginner pack. Where is it? Also I don’t see anywhere to choose a background described in this app before I decided to download this app. If I weren’t having these two questions I would rate this app a 5 star because the pictures are beautiful.
