TxBayCU Credit Card Payment Option
This app works when it wants to. Usually doesnโt work for me as I have to call the CU to help me unlock my app. I have mine set up for Face ID to open it. Most times it tells me I canโt access the app and have to call the CU. However, I wish when it does work there was an option to pay my TXBCU credit card through the app with an external account. That would make life a little nicer with this CU. Hopefully they will add an option like this for us.Service

Why does the app come up in Spanish ? I donโt need in Spanish I can only write in EnglishThanks

The app interface looks way better than the previous version but as far as functionality itโs way behind other financial apps. It is slow when logging in and when navigating through the tabs. Every time I log in I have to get a code via text message which is ridiculous. When it comes to my credit card the app will only show my balance and I am not able to see any transactions made with it. Waited a long time for this major update only to get majorly disappointed.Terrible
This is the absolute worst banking application I have used to date. I literally have to call the bank every time i try to do anything because its always locking me out. Type ur password wrong once and you are screwed. It also doesnโt let u store log in information and everything u pan out of the app it completely clears your screen. The prior application was even better than this and thats not much to say.Stupid app
Everyday i have to keep resetting password for security reach from same device ! Last app was better !Definitely a better app
At first it was slow and took a minute to set up but once that was done it worked like a charm. I was able to change my address in the app which is great. Setting up the Touch ID took a little know how but I got it figured out. And I am not a bank employee, I have been with this bank for 20+ years though and this is a way better app than the last one.Is not better than the previous
Suddenly begins to ask for answer security codes, the app send the codes to your phone but the same that app doesnโt recognize the number received and then go to your accounts is not allowed.
