Can’t even get past login screen
I enter my userid and password, get the circle, then nothing! No message. Just the screen with the login button. When I press login again, it thinks I pressed the button to pay a fine. Then when I press the back button, it doesn’t go back.
I had trouble with the website but this is worse. I was hoping it would be better, but from the low star rating, I see I was wrong. THIS IS A TOTAL PIECE OF GARBAGE. I can’t believe they don’t get competent developers to fix this.Show lessPEGP11
Should be investigated
This app handles tax payers and public funded payments to the state for toll roads and is a complete disaster. Can never log in, I’m constantly being charged the automatic top-up funds into my account and then having my account/transponder suspended for “non payment” of invoices. Whoever the state of New Hampshire hired to handle the development of this app needs to be investigated for misappropriation of funds. The state is being robbed and causing problems for its tax payers by the developers of this app.Show lessAllstarplayerGK
Epic “FAIL”
This app looks pretty good but that’s about it. It is not functional AT ALL. You cannot do anything in this app except look at your account. If you try to edit ANYTHING, it immediately crashes. If you try to pay an invoice or simply add money to your account, it crashes. Seriously. This should never have made it to the App Store like this. Absolutely pathetic. Fix this quickly or pull it from the App store because it’s not any good to anyone!Show lessBlackGuy from New England
