  • You cannot connect more than one light at a time

    This app his horrible! You cannot connect two lights at once and they do not stay connected.
  • Really bad

    Useless. Connected once, finally, and realize now I just got lucky. Skip it or look for another light if you need app control

    Hello, if there is no prompt below indicating successful sending after clicking to obtain the verification code, please check if the APP can access the network normally.  If the prompt has been sent successfully, the email verification code may be mistaken by some email servers for advertising emails for interception. Please check your email interception box. Still unable to log in, you can click on the customer service entrance above to contact online customer service for login assistance.
  • Login required and crashes while syncing

    I have to agree with others. Requiring a login to use the app is annoying. When I try to sync a device, the app spins for a little while and then crashes. It does this repeatedly and I’m unable to use the app.

    Thanks for your feedback. Because some new devices use Mesh networking technology and cloud storage data, they need to bind user account, so users need to log in when using the App. If you encounter any problems while using the app to control the lighting, you can send us an email or leave us a message through online customer service within the app.
  • Login required, excessive background activity

    If you spend north of 300 dollars on lights, I shouldn’t be required a year later to give up my personal information just to use their Bluetooth functionality.
  • Very buggy…

    The app will sometimes not recognize the LED light, even though it is in APP mode. Once it finally does, it works fine… Not able to pair multiple lights for whatever reason. Using the GVM 1500D.

    Due to the limitation of 1500D Bluetooth hardware, they do not support App pairing at the same time. They can only be connected and controlled separately. You can rename them for better differentiation. If synchronous control is required, you can use the master-slave joint control function to control. You can purchase our Bluetooth Mesh type lamps, which can be paired with multiple lamps and controlled by groups at the same time.

  • I bought a Mesh lamp

    I bought a light for mesh networking. This application gives me more functions to use. It is intuitive and simple to use.
  • The system has issue in iPad Pro

    the app does not work in the iPad Pro , I cant change the color of the light. But the lights are so cool
  • Intrusive ads, unnecessary account to control LOCAL device

    Every time you launch the app, you have to sit for several seconds to watch a full screen ad before you can control the lights you already paid for

    For an app that claims in their privacy controls to not collect data, it forces you to create an account even though these lights are Bluetooth, not network connected; so the account is just there to collect your data and likely sell better ads targeted at you

    Beyond those flaws, the light I have is RGB and White, but the layout is clunky. You can’t power on the light from the color screen. You have to go to white first, turn it on as white, then go to the color screen and pick a color

    The lights are cheap, but even for cheap lights it wouldn’t be hard to write a better app.
