Basic functionality which could use improvement
This app would be great for a single light. The inability to rename the lights makes it beyond frustrating to find the right one if you have multiples.Consumersvoice

I only got one GVM light but with app like this I will not buy anymore light from them. Can’t register and why do I even need an account to control the light?Jtt365
Horrible User Experience
When I first bought these lights they was perfect, it wasn’t until they made you register that the user experience went to the toilet, ok so now I have to register… fine… I could have got over that, but after jumping through hoops to register, the login wouldn’t even work!!!! So now I’m stuck with over $1000 worth of lights that I bought because of the remote functionality and now I can’t use them, with over 10 years of experience in video this is truly a disappointment, at very least till back the app to where you didn’t have to register or give a opt in function for people that truly want to give that data to help because ironically the developer making

App has needless registration
The lights work well, and I was satisfied with them till I went to adjust their settings thru the app today and found that there is now a login required. A login for an app to control Bluetooth enabled lights… Zero, zip, zilch need for this as the lights have no tie to the internet, and neither should their control app. Kicker is the registration system is busted so I can’t even create an account!Show lessCarpeInferi
App require to create an account to be used
The light was good until the app asked me to login or create an account to use it... which other light manufacturer require to log in and create an account to control the device?? How am I supposed to use this light of the company goes bankrupt or some compatibility problem happen? I would not by these lights again.Show lessbob_chi
Doesn’t work
The app used to work but since they upgraded it to where you need to login, it stopped working because you can’t login. And if you can login, you can’t control the lights, change colors, turn on/off, etc. Don’t the lights.timelinemp
No longer working after last update
The last update now requires an account setup and login which is a problem when Wi-Fi is not available. Worse yet is that the login is impossible even with wifi. The app no longer works.TexasBuyerApple

Can’t Login
I’ve tried resetting my password multiple times but the app won’t let me log in. Pretty ridiculous considering I just needed a slight color adjustment. Fortunately I figured out how to adjust the lights manually, but I’m still irked I have to scroll the dial through the entire rainbow to get to the shade I want.Show lessNannersYeah
