Inconsistent with loans

It seems that a robot or person checks your income and expenses every week which is fine, however getting a pay advance 1 week doesn’t mean that you can get another the following week even after the previous loan has been paid for some reason even when no circumstances have changed which is annoying. There are many other bigger payday lenders that don’t work like this that are with looking into with higher loans available

Would give zero if I could

Honestly this app is rubbish. After 3 successful withdrawals all of a sudden I’m no longer eligible despite paying on time and meeting all eligibility criteria. Cust service is slow and unhelpful. I’ll be deleting this app now as it’s useless and complete garbage. Do yourself a favour and use before pay and mypay now much better, seamless and easier to use and better limits. Wagetap, more like Wagecrap - u just lost yourself a customer.

Such a wonderful experience. I had issue with verification as my medicare has two lines for my surname but Luke didn’t forgot to email me for updates and now was able to verify successfully. Great job for the update! This will help more who wants to use it. Highly recommended

Easy, quick, simple

I don’t normally write a review however for me to end up writing one a company has to have done something excellent. This app is easy and straightforward. Yes there’s teething problems in the early days hence the poor reviews earlier however those problems were nonexistent today when I signed up, payment was quick and easy.
