Great app

I work casual full time hours as a cleaner and have a small cleaning business myself, this app is just great, they let me acess upto 400 repayment of my wages early, (I don’t usually get more then 200) but even if there’s a slight shift in my circumstances as I clean schools aswell so holidays I usually loose some hours for the 2 weeks and theese guys understand my situation and still continue to help me out very satisfied customer 😁😁

Not available in the US??!

Why is your app available in this market if I can’t use it?

Good then bad

I will say when I first started using the app was fantastic saved me heaps of times, started at a low level then went up. Used for months never missed a payment was even early with repayments, then all of a sudden NOT ELIGIBLE even though nothing had changed with anything not even bills I was all ahead with everything & has been like that for months now sending emails asking if I would like to use as I am eligible or enter there comp but can’t use it as every time I go into the app Not eligible 😫 & looks like a lot of people in the same predicament.
I will say though the staff (customer service) are wonderful to deal with & they don’t know why I am not able to get funds as everything looks good. There may be a glitch in the app.

Awesome App Wonderful Customer Support.

Incredible customer support team at Wagetap, with the few times I have reached out to customer support team, every staff member I have spoken with have been extremely helpful and very accommodating to my needs and provide the assistance I need without hesitation.

Talking from experience being in customer support myself for many years in two different areas, can be somewhat challenging when dealing with customers who at times can be difficult.

I have conversed with several different staff members in customer support at Wagetap and they all have been awesome and very helpful to my needs.

I strongly recommend anyone to download and install this App and join Wagetap for the convenience of accessing your wage in advance.

I have never had any issues or problems using the Wagetap App and services.

Tried to sign up but wouldn't take my number. What i mean is that when i put my number in, no tick next to it. Not too sure why.

I was so short of money and a date later in the night…. I found out about wagetap and soon enough I had enough for my date… awesomeplus being able to use the split bill has been very very helpful for unexpected bills

App not working

App was working really well for a period & then I went to use it & it told me I have to reconnect my bank. I have tried & it keeps giving me an error saying “a missing parameter is required to complete this request”.

Logged this with the support team who advised they submitted a ticket to the engineering team & it’s now been nearly a week with no answers. Would love be to be able to use the service, but it just won’t let me.

Terrible service and no customer service

I recently signed up and wasn’t eligible straight away. It said it would contact when I become eligible which was fine. This morning I received an that said “we miss you” in the title and then in the body of the email it said “we wanted to check in with you and let you know that you’re eligible to cash out today”

I logged into my account and it still said I wasn’t eligible. Contacted their “customer service”. Spoke with Eia who said I wasn’t eligible and I would be contacted when I was. I sent Eia the email I recieved saying I was eligible. Eia did not acknowledge this and just kept saying I’m not eligible and will be contacted when I am.

This person obviously had no idea what they were doing and just kept sending the same canned response over and over. Absolutely pathetic customer service. To say I will be contacted when I’m eligible and then when I do get contacted to advise that I’m eligible they just keep saying the same thing.

Repayments // not eligible

Hi

Honestly find the app really helpful a specially when needing that extra 100$ or more but recently I have forgotten to extend the payment date as the cost of living some weeks I have to push it back - but last week it was due after the extension and I didn’t have the money to repay but I had 4 days after to repay it which I did and now I’m no longer eligible for any payment - I was really needing the payment this week to get my groceries shopping done and fuel for my car but now I can’t unfortunately

Not worth the hassle

I never do reviews but I felt the need to on this one. This app was brilliant to use and never had any faults for about 6 months until I changed my online banking password. From that day every time I logged in the app required me to apply my banking password as it had lost access to due to the change. However every time I did this it would say you have entered your password wrong you only have 1 more attempt then when you do this it locks you out and also your online bank thinks someone is trying to gain access to your online banking and requires you to change your password, which is a pain.
The customer service is so bad that it takes about a day or 2 for someone to get hold of you via email and pretty much have nothing for ya to help accept say we’ve forwarded to are technician team and that’s it… 2 months later still nothing and still same message.
