Terrible in my opinion, customer service were nice however app is poor.. first went to a $200 limit then dropped to $100, tried direct debiting on a public holiday.. then got help with it, paid it the following day when wasn’t due for another week, now “ineligible” circumstances haven’t changed, make 10x the requested cashout limit a week, still refused yet no inconsistencies. Appalling. Wouldn’t recommend anyone this app.

Extremely helpful
This app has helped me in financial situations and has been able to delay repayment, split repayment and I was able to contact them and they answered same day within 24hours (actually replied within 3 hours of contacting). I was able to split delay my repayments even further by contacting them because of financial hardship! They’ve been very accommodating, I would recommend to anyone needing amounts of money (depending on how much you earn) in anytime, sends to your bank instantly and when you’ve repaid enough times the amount increases even if you delay or split repayments! I’ve never missed a repayment, however, needing more time they allowed.

Unbelievable help on a Saturday
This company is absolutely incredible on a Saturday afternoon they were able to answer my questions and help me out with filling in the application and advancing me a loan, more companies should follow this company as a great example of a Australian Business helping out every day Aussies.

Fix the bug
It’s not letting anyone add a phone number to make it pass the first application process!!!!

You literally can’t open an account. Its glitches when you try to add a phone number.

Why not make the disclaimer that it’s only available in Australia?? Everyone is having the same issue.

How are you about to market something on the App Store marking it available in the US however only accept Australian customers. Fix it, or open it up. Enough of these 1 star or less reviews will drop you from being able to market at all.
