price adjustment.

We received a order on uber eats, and the customer wants to make some substitutions and that cost that extra 9 dollars but I could only make the maximum adjustment for 5 dollars only, then I called the customer service and they said they could adjust the price after the order was completed, and I believe it. However, after the order completed, I called the customer service but they said they could only adjust 5 dollars per order. Obviously,I was deceived by them. All in all, we sent out the order but we did not get the full payment.

Very disappointed with this platform.

Manager app

Uber can do way better then thisas this app doesn’t allow you to perform a lot of tasks

Easily the worst customer service experience possible. I’m not sure how they deliver food. No one knows how to do anything, including updating addresses on file. They open new accounts for you and once you pay to join the platform, then they go ghost. It’s giving Big Monopoly not really catering too small businesses

CONFIRMED FIXED

As a restaurant owner having to use chrome browser to check my store data when on the go it has been frustrating that the Manger App was not functional for quite a while.

Can confirm that it is now in working order. Hope they continue to develop so you can do some of the same features as on the browser.

Still needs these critical functions
- Check customers feedback and submit replies
- Product editing (prices/add or remove/edit)
- Store information updating (trading hours)

But does provide
- Analytics & Sales
- Order History
- Create campaigns and promotions and corresponding analytics and performance

But for the moment a GREAT improvement from an app that had an error screen. Keep it coming Uber!

App works !!!

I lost all hope for this app untill they released an updated version last week sometime

It’s not been working for me for about a year !!

Customer service is non existent

Had one store already using Uber eats….. just simply had to add another and it took over 6 weeks and me getting corporate involved to finally get it done and the dumb app doesn’t even open!! Worst 3rd party company to use/work with… and that’s saying something because DoorDash is TERRIBLE.

NO ACCESS TO APP FOR MONTHS

It’s unbelievable that when you’re trying to run a business you have to do it blindly on this app. There’s no access to it (always a white screen with an error) and you don’t know what’s going on. You’re dropping the ball big time here. Please please please fix this. It seems like I’m not the only one with this issue.
