Scam. Stay Away

Joke of a company putting out low quality videos easily found on youtube, then buries cancellation option as a cheap tactic to prevent people from leaving in the hopes that it becomes just another subscription that gets forgotten about, instead of something of actual value. Once you cancel you get no confirmation so the company then continues to fraudulently charge you. This is a blatant scam.

Not A Coach

A number of things annoyed me about this app, but I’ll stick to the basics. There is no way of knowing what stretches you will be doing until you pick a “workout” and start it. In fact, there is never a list anywhere that tells you what you will be doing, any timeframes or lengths, or what you’re doing while you’re doing it. Just Kelly going through the stretches, so very important you listen and watch along. He usually explains the stretch or exercise during the first side of the movement. Because of this you usually stretch that side 2-3x longer than the other side. Again no time is written, so you can’t really pause and stay even on the other side unless you were to time it yourself. This can lead to imbalances. Overall this is a database of well videoed unbalanced stretching sessions. THIS IS NOT A VIRTUAL COACH.

Poor app and fraudulent charges.

Cancelled the app before free trial expired. Still was charged repeatedly.

Game changer

I checked out a lot of apps before I came across this one but I did the free trial and was hooked! There is so much information on this app and I like that you can pick out a body part that’s bothering you to get specific movements to do!

Breakthrough Wellness App

This app is exactly what I’d been looking for but didn’t know existed. I just can’t say enough about how effective it is. It’s like a chiro/therapist in your pocket. I like the test/re-test approach and how when you set up your account it’s asks what equipment you have so as not to serve you up movement videos you can’t accomplish.

I loved the app until I reached out with a question

I usually don’t leave reviews, but ppl need to know, I really disappointed I joined the ready state back in September 10min thanks after a knee surgery my knee was still bothering me so I tried the movement on the ready state I was amazed I loved it so much until yesterday when I reached out on the website chat asking if Kelly has any video about bracing properly I got an email back saying I needed a coach without even talking to me or asking me more questions I felt pushed to the side kinda of thing if you are not spending we don’t wanna talk to you kind of vibes, I got this impression from both kel and Travis (the short story)
I was even thinking about getting the level 1 certifications now I say I don’t wanna be around ppl like that, canceling my subscription at the end of this month.

Vast!

A lot of good videos and with clear explanation. A lot of the videos are way too long long. Can easily be achieved in 3 minutes to teach Esther than talking for 6-8 minutes. Worth it though!

I wish the daily maintenance was updated at 12am so I could see a new one during my sessions at 6am rather than seeing the same one I did the day before

First ever app review

Kelly hit a home run with this app and exercises. I have been dealing with back pain for most of my adult life for sports related injuries. Did 10-15 min worth of exercises on here and feel like a different person. Thank you Kelly for developing this and helping me out. I was seriously almost in tears afterwards.

No one uses iPads in portrait mode.

Oh, and the content is top notch. Just fix the problem noted above.

Amazing app

This app and its content are the best. I’ve suffered a few injuries playing sports as a younger man and they have certainly started to catch up with me as I get older. The videos and methods on this app are super easy to find and follow to help me increase strength and mobility in my problem areas. It also makes it easy to explore other general topics that will help improve my overall health and physical preparedness. I love it!
