Working pretty well - given the negative reviews!
I have no issue with the app. Works well when on the same wifi and occasionally needs to reconnect when used remotely (while I’m out of the house).
I was very hesitant given the negative reviews - but I’ve got no issues with the app at all. My air con installer was very complimentary about the app and he was right.
When remote - the reaction is not immediate because it’s remote. But it works correctly every time so far.

It works well
I’m puzzled by all the negative reviews.
I’ve had this operating on multiple iPhones and iPad in my home for the last 18 months and it’s been faultless. It does what it says and does it well.

Disconnect problems
I cannot understand how any Australian company could ignore all the bad press their product gets and just sit back and hope all the problems go away.
Do you not have any software engineers or is it a case of couldn't care less.

Constantly times out
Still the same issues as the reviews from a year ago. Constantly times out and disconnects from the internet. Update it please

Each time I open the app it says there is a update available. I have looked and there’s not.

Frustrating
Its a bit annoying. If I turn the air con on or off via the app sometime I have to close the app a few times and go back and do it again as it doesn’t seem to register I had turned the aircon off. Also extremely annoying the app often won’t open as says to check its connected to wifi (which it is) this can last for ages sometime or until I can get home to the wall control.

Needs some fine tuning
When using this app, it is very touch sensitive. Often when you adjust the temperature of change the fan speed it changes and changes back to what it was on before. You have to try multiple times to get the setting that you want.
The app constantly crashes, disconnects and reconnects every time you use it. Sometimes when you turn the a/c off in the app, it appears to be off on the app screen, but doesn’t actually turn off the a/c.
Very difficult using this app. Usually just easier to use the wall controller to avoid frustration.

Phone app is useless
iPhone app is 99% useless. Occasionally the app works as it’s supposed to. It can’t connect to the aircon for various reasons, the most common being it thinks there’s an issue with the wifi connection. There isn’t. Both the phone and the control panel in my house have solid connection.
Wireless function does not work!
The app only ever works if at home and connected to the same wifi that the main control unit is connected. It never works when trying to remotely connect via the internet - despite being advertised as a main feature and the main reason we bought it. Absolute waste of money and false advertising!
Useless, never works!
Installed a ducted aircon unit with airtouch2+ controller. The app could not connect to the unit and keeps poping up various error messages like time out etc.
