App is now unreliable
App constantly times out when trying to open. About 1 in 5 goes it will actually open and allow you to adjust the settings. This needs to be fixed as the ability to use the app was why I paid for this system.
Please fix connection!!!
Rarely connects the first time! Constantly closing and re-opening app trying to get it to connect. Very frustrating!!
Works well but no Home temp display
All works, but doesn’t show the home inside temperature. I can see all the other Airtouch apps, including Airtouch2 (no plus), can show the home temperature. Please fix this

Hi Lee, There is a setting in the Installer Settings of the AirTouch 2+ console. It's called Display Control Sensor. If it is not ticked, you would not see the home temperature on the app. Please make sure it is ticked. If you do not know how to set it. Buggy
Worked great up until a few months ago. Assume a buggy update, now constant timeouts.
Crashed almost everyday
9/10 times it would crash before you get it to work. It was good at the start but year on its a celebration if it doesn’t crash the first time of opening it
Just useless
It’s hard to say how good this app would be if you could pair it with the control unit. The control unit constantly drops the wifi connection making the app utterly useless.

This was a great app with a good interface, but no longer works for me at all.
Comes up with timeout error and is unable to connect to my system.
I’ve disconnected, reconnected, checked Wi-Fi settings and done everything thing I can think of.
I’m now resigned to walking up the stairs every time I need to adjust the a/c.

Buggy Mess
Doesn’t work when you want it to, half the time it times out when connecting and doesn’t register keystrokes.

So many timeout and data fetch errors, each time I log on. Please fix immediately.
Fetch error / unresponsive
When I open the app to turn on/off aircon, I find I have to exit and close the application once to several times as well as flick between the power page and zone page before it becomes responsive.
Additionally I also get fetch errors that I have to resolve by closing the app and reopening once to several times also.
Really hope these are fixed soon...
