اكثر من دقيقتين وهذي لامانه اول مره اشوفها في اي تطبيق مطاعم او توصيل !!
اعتقد فيه مشكله واتمنى الاداره تجرب التطبيق قبل المفروض ماتبدا به

خدمة سيئة
لقمت بالطلب قبل ساعة و نصف وتم خصم المبلغ ثم فجئت بان هناك مشكلة في اتصل الطلب ويجب التواصل مع خدمة العملاء، ولكن مع الاسف لا احد يرد و لم احد اي طريق للتواصل معهم. هذا جعلني استاء جدا وخاصة ان هذا التصرف من قبل البيك.
Very primitive way of handling orders
Order from the app and you will hate your self. Even if you are the only person in the branch with app order and it is ready, they will never give it to you till time end in the counter.
Great app just little fix.
The app is fantastic and save a lot of time only problem is the you need to refresh the app after you order.

I was on this app first timer, and stopped using it for a while. Now I love everything, the user journey is easy and seamless! Thank you albaik for keeping the prices low🤝

OTP - I have been trying to register fir the last two hours the One time Password never comes through
Never order online
The only bad experience are when I choose to order online my food and take it from there because u will take new line there
