Does not work as it should
With shopping/delivery apps - you order something, you have the option to choose a date, and the product actually get delivered on the date that you choose. You can order something, then everything else fails. You give feedback to the company. It fails again. You submit complaints via email, WhatsApp and via phone. They ignore you and close your complaint, but then promise it won’t happen again. Guess what? It happens again!!! So you want to cancel your account, after citing all the reasons, and they seem confused why as they said they are going to deliver the product today. After having chased them. For 2 days. Just use Amazon instead.Show lessRain Sim

The app is buggy and doesn’t actually take deliveries properly. The staff on the phone lie and the information changes everytime you talk to them. You pay for an additional delivery and it doesn’t arrive. Awful company.Ellen08boo
Poor Customer Service
Was a loyal Al Ain customer. Changed addresses … updated app, no delivery. Multiple follow ups to customer service by WhatsApp (no voice option available); one delivery, then back to no regular deliveries.
After more than a month of this, gave up and contacted a different supplier, and had a delivery to the door within three hours.
Deleted my account with Al Ain … won’t be coming back.Show lessHello_Developers!
Worst app ever
Never works. Old MyAgthia app worked perfectly. This either glitches, freezes or just never loads. Will now be changing my water provider.Mark10752
