Adobe have butchered the idea of good UX
I’ve been trying to get illustrator to open a file for 20 minutes. I pay for illustrator, quite a lot of money each month.
And every time I use it, I get led through a long song and dance of authentication and sign in.

I find it really annoying to use this app. Every time I log in, Adobe asks me to authenticate. I forget what app I use to do that. I may be logged out of the Account Access (e.g., because I got a new iPad) and then have to do the hassle of that. I have to re-figure out everything. And it’s super hard to remember or figure all that out. Once I have it working, well then it’s a great app. It works cleanly and I can log in a bunch of adobe apps one after another. Live Chat person was no help. Now that I installed Adobe Access on all of my Apple devices, logged off Creative Cloud and took a deep breadth, I found Adobe Access solved all my log-on problems. You should Train your Live Chat an easy way to walk a customer through the maze.Cailinrua
