We have used Bip and Go services now for 18 months. Customer service is great, the products work well, look modern and are discreet. The billing has worked seamlessly. Finally, the app and the account site are great and easy to use whilst being very informative. Thank you so much.

Tag never delivered HOPELESS!
I applied for a badge on the 1st of March. I created a direct debit and paid the €24 despite 3 attempts these guys have not managed to deliver a Bip&Go tag but have managed to take my money. I have now asked for a refund and cancellation and will revert to Emovis. Worse still the App is designed to ensure that you have no way of contacting the Company and any email that you do receive is from a no reply address. Really hopeless a bunch of rip off merchants, be warned.
So now I have been asked if I want to amend my review. Still no sign of the money they owe me. However, they have given me a phone number in France to contact them after over 3 months!
Stay away, these people are really inefficient and demonstrate zero customer service. Utterly hopeless.

Poor customer service
Takes your money but unable to deliver a badge for over 2 months. Customer service takes forever to get back to you.
Good to do the job
It could use a higher level of security.
Fingerprint/ facial recognition, authentication by SMS or authenticator app.

Poor customer service and privacy concerns
I was surprised to receive an email from Bip & Go today. It said that my subscription (for which I had paid) would become invalid in 10 days as they didn’t have my car registration number. I had never been asked for this and the aggressive email gave no clue as to how to provide it.
I thought I would download the app. The first log in screen said that I would be given a choice about whether to share my information with all and sundry. I wasn’t given a choice and the app then communicated with 23 websites, many of which were connected to Google. I am not sure whether this complies with EU law or not but I can’t recommend the app.

Awful
Tag stopped working after 6 months. Charged me 30 euros for replacement. Customer service is non existent. Just dreadful
