Excellent app

Excellent app, used for our 5 week trip through France with zero issues. The additional features in the app for journey planning and useful info regarding what is near to you are excellent additions to the app. Would very much recommend for anyone travelling in France.

Can’t fault this service. Always difficult, in a right hand drive vehicle, judging how close you are to the péage machine which made it difficult for my wife to use card or cash.
All that gone, just drive up and go!

Lousy customer service

No response when we were overcharged by a parking lot (we parked 2 hours and were charged for 7 days!). Luckily we had Amex and they reversed the charge.

Very poor system and service

As I travel through France regularly, I thought this system would help me get through tolls more easily, especially as my car is rhd. However the badge/ transmitter they sent, despite being mounted as instructed has never worked, and the communications with Bip and Go are awful - they send an email ( eventually) to tell me I have a message(?) then it is difficult/ impossible to find it. Why not just email me direct?? Have now paid for probably 6 months and had no benefit.

Useless

Got my BIP and GO and can’t see how to activate. App is useless with HELP feature
