Awful app, zero customer service

I have had constant problems from my toll tag not working to not being able to contact anyone at Bip n go. Not even an option to close account.

Great app

Saves a lot of time and delay while driving in France Italy. Works so easily

Lack of transparency

There is no way to verify the accuracy of the charging especially for use in Italy. The charging therefore appears random and I do not trust it.

Poor Never Respond to Queries

Cannot contact, messages go unanswered.

I just love Bip & Go

Finding change or even fumbling for your debit card is so yesterday! Bip & Go works like a dream. We’ve travelled the length and breadth of France and it’s never let us down. We sail through the barriers leaving everyone in our wake. Love it.

Very difficult to finalise the account

Filled in all the application iban number for payment then nothing!?!?!

Not good !

My tag doesn’t work and I have contacted Bip & Go and waiting for a reply now for two days !! Not good !

Slow to communicate when a problem

The app has the ability to contact customer service directly. I have messages from June still unanswered.

Terrible product

Terrible device never works. 3 replacements and still doesn’t work. Best option if you want to get in trouble and get No tickets fine in Italy. This company should go out of business

Hello, If your badge doesn't work several times, you can ask to change it directly through your account. Go to « My badges » -> then clic on the star wheel and then on « replace my defective badge ». Best regards, the Bip&Go Team

Very difficult to sign up! I bank with Santander found it impossible to get signed up and activate my account
