I need to be able to set a maximum number of orders for certain items on each day. This is not a feature, unfortunately. Overall though this was simple to set up and I think my customers will appreciate the ease of ordering and paying in one spot!

The only things I would change is the ability to integrate into my phones system calendar so I can see my to do list at a glance instead of clicking into each day that has a dot on it.
Another thing I would add is a daily prep list that auto generates according to the orders due - with the ability to change start dates as I start my sourdough orders the day before so I can bake them the morning they’re due.
One more thing would be to limit the amount of items I can sell PER DAY. I can limit an order amount, but if everyone came in and ordered 6 of one thing for the same day I’d be completely overwhelmed. So maybe an “inventory” section or something of that sort?
Overall it’s a great app and has helped me gain the confidence to take on more than I thought possible initially. I can’t wait to see if they add improvements!
I’m so glad to have found Bakesy. After struggling with other website builders, trying to get my home based bakery website up & running, I saw an ad for Bakesy. What a blessing that was! I literally had a website completed & posted on social media in just a few hours. I found it very easy to set up & if I ran into an issue, right there on your page is a message section. I did have to message them on several different occasions & I waited maybe 10 minutes for a response. No waiting 24 hours for a email response. That alone is worth it. Customer service is top notch & I’m grateful to know that they are right there when I have a question or a problem. They look for ways to improve your experience & appreciate how precious your time is. Bakesy understands importance of keeping your website up & running. They look out for their customers. So, if I haven’t convinced you yet to join Bakesy, let’s talk about their low monthly subscription. $10?! That is beyond amazing! Go ahead, shop around or better yet, look into website builders. You’re talking 10 times the cost. They offer a FREE 60 day trial run. Within 60 minutes you’ll be convinced this is the way to go. Easy to setup & customize, outstanding customer service & a great subscription price. I hope this review helps you like it did me when I was in desperate need of building a website. Happy baking.

Your support in spreading the word would mean the world to us 🤍 I have tried many different opinions even had Squarespace but Bakesy is by far the best!!! I recently opened my virtual store front and can I say I highly recommend! I love every feature and they’re constantly doing an update to better accommodate small businesses. It’s super affordable and super simple! Best ever!!!
Overall great app. One major issue though is that if you opt to require orders in “dozens” it asks the customer to specify a numerical quantity (not in dozens — it says at the top 6 = Half dozen). If a customer enters “12” for 1 dozen In the invoice for the request it will say 12 dozens. So currently if someone enters “6” for 1/2 dozen the final invoice sent to both parties would make it impossible to tell if it was for 6 actual cookies or 6 dozen, both of which are very likely quantities. It would be nice if we could opt to stick to all quantities in dozens throughout the process (increments of 0.5 dozen) or to opt to only numerical quantities (not restricted to dozens or half dozens).

It appears the issue has been resolved. Impressed with how quickly they address and patch bugs 10/10.

Thanks for the kind words! We aren’t perfect, but we sure strive to make up for it quickly when we aren’t. I am so pleased with Bakesy! It is so easy to use and becomes easier to navigate with each update. There have been great updates improving the app and adding features. This helps me to keep everything organized from sales, tax, customers, order history, schedule, and more. I look forward to future updates! Hopefully a tipping option will be added soon! That would be a great addition.
I’ve only been using this app for about 3 weeks now, but so far it’s been great. Super easy for me to receive orders and I’ve heard from clients that it is super easy to place orders. I love how you can customize everything. Very user friendly!!
UPDATE: been using for a few months now and it’s been great!!! Super helpful and still getting great feedback from clients!!
