I don’t like that during presales I have to disable my other offerings. Presales need to be separate from regular orders.
Well, here you have it, the one and only app for your small business Bakery needs. As an IT guy, I found this app simple enough that most technical challenge folks can get the job done at ease. The recommendations, would be give the same drop down for deliveries to your customers as you see creating an order using the app. Helps avoid having to create the questionnaire section for delivery. The other thing I want is because being OCD, have a way to remove items you add under offerings, flavors, etc. I.E., I created a bunch of keyword in the past but I want to clean up these items I don’t use and more importantly I don’t see them any longer, make it self service in that regards. Superb app altogether and blessed to have found it!

This app has brought professionalism to my small cake business! It is so easy to set up and navigate. And the customer service is awesome! Very happy!
At first the app was great, after about a month the link messes up and it doesn’t show how it’s suppose to show when a customer views it. The only way to get it to work is when you paste the link in the web browser, and it’s annoying explaining it to every customer that orders.
I’ve been baking since 2016 and finally came across an app that has everything I need . Easy to edit and ordering for customers . Love it !
I was skeptical! I’ve tried different apps and websites, but this by far has been the easiest; for me! Everyone’s experience and perspectives are different. I took my time and for about a month I put all what I wanted and slowly directed my customers to the link for trial and errors. Everyone of my customers love it! They say it’s fancy and professional 😅. Bakers !! We got this!! 💪🏾

I just dislike the fact that i cant manage my site from a desktop/laptop. Everything is done from your phone or tablet/ipad, which is cool, yet can be inconvenient at times when you need to access a desktop for whatever reason.
Bakesy is exactly what I needed to help me run my at home bakery. It has worked perfectly so far and helps me keep track of my orders. The only thing I wish was different was the order questions. I wish you could have different questions for different menu offerings because some of my items have specific criteria and the questions don’t make sense for all items.

https://www.bakesy.app/helpI‘ve has this app for close to a year. I can honestly say it’s come a long way in terms of features, payouts, etc. However, I think the app could definitely use a feature that allows customers to both tip and leave reviews.
I consistently get the comment from my customers that they would like to leave me a tip and review. Overall they app is easy to use, and it’s professional just needs a few more things.

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I’ve tried on different devices, I’ve logged out and back in ALL TO NO AVAIL. There’s no way to email the developer that I can find. Time to go back to pen and paper.
