  • Slowest, buggiest ever

I have to use this app for work otherwise I wouldn’t let it anywhere near my iPhone.
Lags so badly that I never know whether it has frozen, disconnected from network or just hates me!
Whoever wrote/maintains(joke) this should give up and pay a child to write something that works
  • Terrible app.

I like the idea of this app, but the user interface is terrible and difficult to use
  • Terrible app

    Nothing works
  • Slow and unusable

    As above
  • UX

    no iPad version available
  • I need this app for work and yet it doesn’t work at all

I log in through SSO and then can’t reserve any desk, the option is just unavailable. There’s is no help system available. I had to get a colleague to try to book for me, so they added me to their work circle but then I’m unable to approve their request in the app. So I can’t reserve a desk in any office of my employer.
When I log in online I just enter an infinite loop of auto-redirects. And you have to be logged in to speak to customer service so there’s no way to get assistance. Absolutely dreadful. I would tell you to avoid it but chances are you have to use it because of your employer.

  • Not impressed

Bring back the old system please
  • Pointless

Can’t edit or make a booking from the app. Pointless!!
  • Slow and difficult to use

This app must be one of the laggiest I have ever used on iOS - It just hangs between screens. The UX is also poor, with the desk selection functionality especially so: the user flow encourages a default random desk selection which is then tricky to cancel. The process for actually selecting a desk (which is the app’s primary purpose) is not at all intuitive. An unwelcome and frustrating process to start the day.

  • Big hat no cattle!

Another great example of technological arrogance. Prodcut was and is not ready for prime time and needs another 12 months in the lab for testing, rewrites and a basic overhaul. How many one star reviews can you have. Embarrassing!
