This has serious Task and Project Management potential
This app is intuitive to use and visually appealing. Needs a bit more work on the stabilization front, but otherwise a very good app. The one thing that really sets this app apart from others its AppleTV app. This is very useful to use as a dashboard. Right now it's more sutiable for home and personal use, but with a bit more time and maturity I could see this being used in small businesses and teams.

Pathetic Instructions
All I want to do is start a timer to test it’s integration with the iOS 16. Do you think that I can do that? No. Do you think that I can find instructions on how to do that as simple as possible? No. Totally obtuse.

Thank you for the feedback. The app is not designed to „just start a timer“ for a task yet, but this functionality will be added in a future update. You need to use the Workflows as explained in the app’s tutorial and workflow setup screen.
not user friendly
I regret purchasing this app. It is not user friendly.
Not Good
App looks beautiful however it’s not really functional as the widgets are just black, even after you’ve set the list name.
If this worked I’d probably be able to use it but I’m about to look at other options 😞

This app has greatly helped me reduce my ADHD procrastination and make me more productive. I haven’t found any app like it and so thankful this app exists!
Beautiful, Unique, Clever, but needs features/optimization
I am using Planny on a 2019 Macbook Pro i7 32gb ddr4. I should have no issues running this program but it has regular micro-stutters and has even crashed a couple of times. I tried Planny a year ago and stopped using it or this same reason. Its just not as smooth as it should be, especially on a fast machine.
- The UI is beautiful and simple. But it could use the ability to rearrange elements to suit the user.
- The stats tracking is unique and offers some cool insights. But sometimes it gets in the way of usability.
- The way Planny integrates tasks is both useful and lovely.
The calendar view has a couple of problems.
1) It should be larger, the main focus of the page. Instead it is tucked into the side bar and small.
2) You should have events or event dots appear on the different days of the month. That way you know you have some activities coming up. Google and Apple Calendars do this.
Another issue is that task sub-sections should appear in the left lists column. This is the way basically all To Do list apps, Notes apps, File management, etc work. They work this way because it is one less place to look to immediately find information you need.
I sincerely wish the developers well because I think they have created a wonderful experience. But it lacks practical usability and speed that most working professionals, including myself require of their calendars/task managers.

Would be 5 if it would work properly
Love the structure of the app, the planning structure really works for me but unfortunately I can't say the same about the app itself. Almost everytime I add, edit or complete a task, the app freezes. Sometimes I can quit the app and reopen it and it will work for a while, other times I've had to restart my macbook to do anything with it. Thought it might be a problem with my macbook but a similar thing happens with the app on my iphone. Such a shame.

Has alot of potential
This seems like one of the better planning apps that I've tried so far. But I don't like the confetti that happens when you check a task and I also wish you could assign a task to a workflow without a duration that makes it sort of cumbersome and I don't always need to add a duration.
Great Start
I don’t usually write reviews but I really wanna see this app grow. Definitely has the potential to be the best planning app on the App Store. Right now, I feel like it’s a little confusing. Not exactly completely user friendly. If it could get some of its inspiration or layout like the reminders app that comes default on iPhone and that add upon that.

My new favorite!
I'm a big fan of organizational apps; I've tried many and Planny has been my favorite so far. The cross-platform compatibility (iPhone, iPad, Watch, etc.) is great, but I wish the iPhone version was a little easier to work with. I had some trouble figuring out how it worked compared to the Mac/iPad version.
