Loyalty not as good as the cards
The loyalty on the app is not as loyal as the in shop cards. Buy 9 coffees in shop and get the 10th free on the card.
On the app brought 2 coffees and got 25 pts. It takes 300pts to get £5 off an order. I buy two drinks at a time. So 18 on card for two free. 24 on app to get £5 off which does not cover the two drinks I purchase.
At least the Costa app works based on coffee purchase. This app needs the same functionality otherwise people won’t use it.Show lessCra2y80y
Love it
I love going to bewiched, it is a favourite of ours. I’ve now got the app but it doesn’t have the ability to add certain syrups. I love cherry latte but I can’t order this from the app. Would be spot on if that was available and for the app to be added to wallet.Frankiepantsteve69
Apple wallet support missing
I would love to add the ability to add my card to my Apple wallet, as all other loyalty cards have this feature and saves me having to go through my appsAabbccdd11223344
