Easy to look appointment times and how long to wait for next appointment time. I like how you can pick times that suit my schedule.
Barely average
Its not user friendly. In that it does not list your doctor appointments all as one thing, but by location of clinic that day. which is stupid. you should be able to pick your appointment, then be told its at this location.

easy, quick, and into my calendars then and there. dont even have to worry about payments be completed on the day. By adding card details ... all done wiht the medical clinic

I went to my go today to discuss trying new Wegovy weight loss medication as Ozempic has not worked for me. All go was concerned about in addition not to have heard about Wegovy and then telling me it is really untested is that maybe I should go to an endocrinologist or a dietitian. And who is going to have to pay for this? What’s the gp seems to have overlooked is my history and that obesity is a disease. When I suggested maybe a referral to weight loss surgeon go advised my bmi of 35 would exclude me. Go suggested that I have a mental health consult. Seriously! Gp has obviously never had a weight problem and has no understanding or empathy.

By and large a good app and easy to use. I like the ease of selecting and making appointments. I can cencel appointments easily enough, but a few times I have wanted to change an appointment, and can't do that as far as I can see. I like the option to see a map and clinic details. I do like being able to add appointments to my calendar and do like receiving reminders. Overall, pretty good ;-D

Not enough options
When I book an appointment the only options I have is to see a doctor. I need a Therapeutic phlebotomy which requires me to book a doctor and a treatment room. This option isn’t available in the app so I guess I’m going to have to call the doctors and wait while the Covid spiel goes on and on even though it does say in the spiel you can do this on the app.

Easy to use
The app is easy to use. It also remembers other family members which means all our appointments are stored together.
Options for booking specific appt
There must be quite a few people needing to book the 75 age check for driving compatibility or diabetic wellness sign off. Would be good to have that option available to choose. Otherwise does one book 1 item appt or two items. One dr might speed through the online form and complete the task in 15’ while another might need 3/4 hr.

Phones
If only they would answer their phones it would be a nice place but I’ve waited up to 25 minutes for my call to be answered only for the call to cut out and I have to start again. It’s quicker for me to drive there and get an appointment, which was impossible for me to do after having a shoulder replacement. And to get a Dr to write out a script too me because my Dr was on holidays, it took 2 weeks, I was out of tablets and suffered badly because Anne the receptionist knew best. In the end the Pharmacist went up stairs and got the script for me, so very grateful that a pharmacist looks after me better than the Drs Surgery that couldn’t take 5 minutes to write out a very important document. I’m now looking for a Dr that cares about their patients as this isn’t the first this time this has happened when the receptionist knew best and a pharmacist helped me out. 👎🥵😭
