Doesn’t remember me
I have been seeing the same doctor for at least ten years. Every time I make an appointment I click on existing patient. Every time I get the confirmation of appointment it tells me that since I’m a new patient I should arrive early to confirm my details. What gives?

As a total newbie,I find the site confusing for making an appointment. While I eventually succeeded, there were several steps that were not clear to me as to whether the site had accepted the information that I posted. I really don't know if I filled in the questions correctly. I did the best I could and I do have a time booked that has come to my calendar of Appointments.

Ochre App
I find the Ochre App really good, but l fing it frustrating not being able to cancel appointments on the app. I hope you are able to rectify that.

I'm happy with it.
Avoids the need to call (navigate through the automated voice syyste and then wait online 🙄) during office hours in order to make a booking.
If for nothing else, this app gets 5 stars from me! 👍

Making an appointment on line
Absolutely fantastic, it’s user friendly, what a great system that you can arrange your appointment to the date and time suit on line, it’s so easy.

Not happy with change…
The requirement for bank details before an appointment can be confirmed is problematic considering recent data hacks on companies such as Medibank.
Also it is a change which has not been flagged as coming. So therefore I will not use the app to book appointments anymore but ring the doctor directly

Easy to use
The app is super easy to use, add to calendar makes it simple to ensure you don’t miss appointments.
Plenty of information to be able to make an informed choice about which Dr you might want to see and easily able to find appointment times that suit.

Easy and quick
Have only recently started to use the online booking app and find it very easy to use. Straightforward booking an appointment and adding to my phone calendar.

So great being able to book an appointment for myself or my family from the comfort of my own home. No waiting on hold for an extended time! Love it!!
Rating of Ochre App
I am not that impressed with it. I have tried booking on line and had vomiting and diarrhoea NOT Covid related. Had 2 x tests while very sick both came up Negative so I could not book on line because of the vomiting and diarrhoea. When I finally got through in the morning I missed the apt I wanted with my OWN doctor. I had to go to another whim I found a bit unprofessional due to previous survey I have done in the recent days.
Today I tried to cancel my appointment on the app with Dr McKenzie Wilson as I have rebooked to see my Doctor on Thursday. The App tells me I cannot cancel and to ring the medical centre which is a public holiday and no one will be there so I will have to ring in the morning the day of my appointment.
So NO I am not happy with your App at all
