  • Great product!

    Works really well. I really like that it knows the weather so only waters when it needs it.
  • Works well but needs a bit more

    The connection to OtO is annoyingly slow. Wait, wait, wait. Twice I changed the schedule and it was not saved so I had to redo it. I very much like the smarts about not watering in the rain BUT (onetime) three hours after rainfall OtO watered because the sun was out. Hmmmm?
    Overall, having OtO has saved time from having to water 1/3 of each of the front yard and back yard. Need more smarts such as maybe soil moisture detection. Also wish the hose connection was on the side not directly on the front.

  • Yard watering made easy

    Sets up in minutes, then waters (and fertilizes) your yard and garden.

    Has a few limitations. Requires line of sight. Fluctuating water pressure can affect accuracy. Can be somewhat slow (it is automated, so not an issue for me but if you have a very limited water use window it could be an issue).

    Overall, a great purchase.

  • OtO has worked great

    In Aug and sep my front yard has gone from brown to green and both neighbors are completely brown now. Have had no problems with the app it works perfectly. It even shuts OtO off when rain is forecasted. Worse thing that is happening is that I’m the only one on my street still mowing twice a week. I do plan on 2 more OtO units to put to work next spring in the back yard. Yes it seemed pricy compared to a new hose,sprinkler and a timer. But it saves me so much time moving hoses, setting timers, going out late at night to reel everything back in.

  • My Yard Oasis

    I purchased 3 units to cover the yard and gardens, each having efficient control over lawn, flowers and plants. The OtO team just released a new version of the app that has been flawless setting up each unit and maintaining the schedule without issues. Also, the system has been a real time saver, applying plant food and insect protection at the scheduled time for each zone. Thanks OtO for my new yard oasis.

  • Excellent tool. Beat lawn on the block

    All my neighbors ask me how I get my lawn so nice. I love to demo the app and show them how easy it is to deal with brown spots or overwatered areas of the lawn with out any digging or adjusting of sprinkler heads. I own two of these and have been very happy. I ran into a problem once and their customer service was quick and updated the firmware to deal with my issue. I had one fail due to the solar not working. They sent a new one out right away at no cost.

  • Very user friendly app

    OtO is a great product and the app complements it very well. The watering cycle is easy to setup and works on schedule.
  • Not Even Close

    I knew this product is laughable as a lawn watering system. You need about 5 of these to cover a small lawn. I bought two of these for my two garden beds. With a 20-30’ reach I thought it would easily cover my 30’x30’ beds if I put it in the middle. Sadly this is not the case. This doesn’t even make it 15’ The length of hose does nothing. The fertilizer is ridiculously expensive. $35 per bottle and you have no option to use your own. This is a money grab and they will be out of business in not much time. Customer service is a joke, they send form letters and blame you for the shortcoming of their product.

    UPDATE: NOW my otos are leaking from inside.
    After my first one started leaking customer service told me “this is rare;” THEN my other one started leaking! Start up tech companies are the worst.

  • Excellent improvements in latest updates

    Kudos on the UX improvements in the latest app updates! Home screen is very informative and elegantly designed. Schedule screen is a huge improvement over prior release and very easy to navigate. Have not needed to update or add zones yet but everything I have used is improved and more polished. Very nice work to the developers & thanks for the update!

  • Just set up two units

    App is user friendly, easy to use. I installed the units, mapped out my lawn with two devices and programmed 3 zones in under an hour. Super great option for those without an irrigation system. Hoping they last, but the app itself is well designed.
