  • Unfinished App.

    This app looks great and the idea is solid, but good lord it is filled with massive bugs. It refuses to detect my deposit, it says I owe more than I do for the amount I’m depositing, and there are calculation errors on the deposit and fees page. This app needs serious work before it’s ready to manage anyone’s money.

    Update 5-15:

    Deposit was finally acknowledged and trading has begun, but now there are more bugs taking their place. The portfolio chart is way off and doesn’t make any sense, the area that is supposed to list your current holdings is completely blank, and the rest of the portfolio area is blank as well. This app really needs to be taken down until it’s finished. While the trading bot itself might be working properly (good lord I hope it is), the app itself is still very, very broken. Hopefully the devs can get it together.

    Our apologies for the inconvenience when using the Stoic application. From time to time users' deposits require manual recalculations. In terms of the wrong balance - no worries, that's just a minor bug with the portfolio representation. The team is already aware of it and is working on fixing this issue currently. It won't affect your trading in any way! :)
  • Stoic will make you money!

    Cindicator is working day and night to make this better. Knowing that and the fact that this has been making significant returns makes it easier to ignore any issues you may read about. You will not be disappointed!
  • Red flags

    First, the app seems to ask for 5% of your portfolio upfront as a fee. Is that reasonable?

    Second, their ad says 900% returns since 2020, then inside the app on sign up you see 90% returns for 2020... major inconsistency. Are they making these numbers up as they go? Ask for historical data on month to month performance sample before you sign up and see how they react to that.

    Second support is a sad joke. I asked a simple question and had to wait 15 minutes for an answer on chat, the person partially answers and disappears for another 40 minutes while I waited for an answer to my clarification question. He never came back and I didn’t bother waiting past the 40 minutes.

    If this is how they treat new customers trying to actually sign up to their app I don’t want to see the kind of support actual clients with an actual time sensitive issue get.

  • 1000$ is a lot of money

    This app asks for a minimum 1000$ but for the reviews on the app they should lower that so we can build more trust with it since I only see one other review

    $1000 is the minimum mark indeed. This amount is needed in order for Stoic to properly trade all of the cryptoassets available on Binance. Bear in mind that there is a minimum order size set by the Binance side either, which makes $1000 minimum for further order executions of all your altcoin positions.
  • Getting Better

    Writing this review since the service has improved. There was a rough two weeks but it's getting better now and the customer service has improved. Great job
  • Good returns. Bumpy start.

    My returns have beat both Bitcoin and total market cap. I have had some issues with hedging and a few other bugs but it seems the team was hit with exponential growth and things are getting better. Hopefully I can build some more confidence in the hedging feature over time. I’d like to continue using stoic long term barring these bugs.

  • Support issues

    I can’t rate the app’s performance because I was never able to get the payment issues worked out. When emailing support I never got a response. I tried the telegram group and several other users complained about trades not executing for a few days. Also a lot of frustration with the support staff. The common theme was that they do not alert when there is an issue, lack of transparency, no follow up.

    My issues never got resolved and when trying to have someone address them I was ignored. The only recourse is to delete the app and wish for a refund 🤨🤔🤬

  • Second chance

    I employed this app thinking it would be a help. Didn’t seem to help much. I am going to try it again and hope for better results. I have seen the customer support is supposed to be better so we shall see.

    Great app, and I found the customer support to answer quickly and be really helpful when I didn’t realize I had to send exact amounts on the fees. Thanks so much!
  • Just Pathetic

    I cant give zero stars as there is no option its been three days cant even start my account simple api change is stuck and each time service rep is changed and they say we are forwarding your case just got my managment fees now they are not fixing it. Nor returning my management fees
